Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations: Cancellations are accepted only within 2 hours of placing the order. After this period, we cannot guarantee the cancellation of your request as production may have already started. For urgent cancellation requests, please contact us directly at kunal@gamerboisoap.in/8169948145.

Refunds: Refunds will be processed under the following conditions:

• If the order has not been printed, you are eligible for a full refund.

• If there is a production error on our end, we will either reprint the item or issue a refund, depending on the circumstances.

• Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the product.

No Refund Conditions: No refunds will be provided for custom designs once production has started unless there is a manufacturing defect or error from our side.

Return Shipping: In cases where a return is required, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error by Soap3D Works.
